A Secure CGI Improved for Python 3!!!

I spent a day or so creating a secure version of the cgi libraries ( the import cgi and import cgitb ) that handles GET and POST methods of variables of any webpage and uploading of a file or multiple files also.

HOW SECURE RATING - 9.5 out of 10 and version 2. 10 out of 10 (Yes, I did ai assist vibe coded and asked the AI to give a security rating of these two cgi libraries I created.)
